Company Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Customers have the right to return un-opened packages that were damaged in the shipping process for replacement. In order for the return to be honored, customers MUST email "Contact.Lloyds.Lures@Gmail.com" with a description and photo of the damaged item(s). Once your package arrived at its destination, it is important to examine the product for damage WITHOUT opening the product. All opened products have a NO RETURN POLICY. Lloyds Lures LLC DOES NOT accept opened/used items for returns. Upon examining and opening the product, the customer waives his/her right to return the product to Lloyds Lures LLC. If the customer fails to examine the product before opening, the product will be considered opened/used and will not be returnable. CUSTOMERS are responsible for examining packages upon delivery. FAILURE to do so and proceeding to open a damaged product terminates the ability to return the item. Lloyds Lures LLC will replace items damaged in shipping with a new shipment of the same purchased product once we have received the damaged and unopened original product.

REFUND POLICY:

Lloyds Lures LLC has a No Refund Policy. Upon purchase of a product, the customer is agreeing to purchase the desired product at his/her own accord, thus agreeing to our Company Policy as listed on this page. Lloyds Lures LLC believes in providing high quality lures to anglers across the nation, and will assist in "Making Things Right" with our customers if they are delivered a damaged product as stated in our "Return Policy" listed above. However, this does not include a refund of purchases.
